Eligibility: Individuals must either have an income that is at or below 135% of the federal Poverty Guildelines or participate in the following government programs: Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, Section 8, Veteran's Disability Pension, Veteran's Surviving Spouse Pension, Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, Tribal Head Start, Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
