SANS (Spay and Neuter Syracuse)
Provides low-cost spays and neuters to people of low income, students, Veterans, rescuers, and shelters. All surgeries include vaccinations, flea treatment, ear cleaning, and nail trim.
Program Information
Eligibility: Non-profit shelters, rescue groups, caretakers of feral cats, students, Veterans, and low income individuals who meet eligibility requirements (Medicaid, SSI, HEAP, or other public assistance)
Application Process: Appointment required; call for information
Required Documentation: Proof of income; call for information
Fees: Cats: $85 - $115; Dogs: $130-$225
Service Area: Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties
