Second Chance Therapeutic Services
Provides mental health counseling for individuals ages 5 years and older. Also offers alcohol/substance abuse evaluations, as well as groups for sex offenders, adolescent sexual behaviors/attitudes, and adolescent anger management.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 5 years and older
Application Process: Appointment required; call or walk-in to schedule
Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance or proof of income for sliding scale
