Adult Single Point of Access (SPOA)

Receives and screens all referrals for case management, mental health vocational services, non-Medicaid supports, and assertive community treatment (ACT) team services. Assists with general service access and system navigation for mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability services.
 

Eligibility: Adults 18 years and older with mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disability service need
