Solutions To End Homelessness Program (STEHP)
Provides rapid re-housing services for individuals who meet the definition of homeless. The program provides security deposits and short-term rental assistance.
Clients are enrolled directly through Points North Housing Coalition Coordinated Entry screening or the local Department of Social Services.
Program Information
Eligibility: Individuals who are defined as homeless. Homeless is defined as living in a place not meant for human habitation including abandoned buildings, vehicles, or outside. Clients may also be residing in domestic violence shelters or emergency shelter with DSS.
