STOPPED Program
Offers a parental notification system developed to help reduce the number of young drivers involved in traffic accidents. An identification decal is issued and affixed to the windshield of the car; if the vehicle is stopped when being operated by a driver under 21 years of age, the officer will complete a notification card and mail it directly to the parents.
