Offers Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Services (CDPAS) that allows individuals with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions to hire, monitor, train, and terminate personal care attendants of their choosing.
Program Information
Eligibility: Individuals with doctors orders for home care that are eligible for Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care,or Medicaid Long Term Care that covers CDPAS services.
