Provides legal advice, information, and referrals to low-income individuals in Central New York on non-criminal legal matters. Topics include divorce, eviction defense, family court issues, wills, estates, elder law issues, debt and consumer law (including student loan debt), health care directives, immigration law, LGBTQ legal issues, Veterans law, small business development and non-profit advocacy.
