Program Information
Eligibility: Homeowners or renters who meet income guidelines; individuals who receive SSI, public assistance, SNAP, and/or HEAP automatically qualify
Application Process: Call for application
Required Documentation: One month wage statements for entire household and proof of home ownership or tenant status from a landlord and/or owner
